But something quite special, quite unique and memorable happens when Bill Laswell asks saxophonist, Pharoah Sanders, cornet and flugelhorn-player Graham Haynes, and master percussionist, Trilok Gurtu to breathe melody, harmony and rhythm into that which we have come to take for granted. Now the heartbeat begets the music and the music begets life! And at the hands of these artist-musicians, magic begins to unfold.
